“What bribed” – absolute calmness and the absence of hassle and nervousness that usually accompany the purchase of real estate (and not only). Everyone is nervous, trying to look for some kind of dirty trick, meanness, but here everything is calm……. No one twitches, no one is in a hurry, everyone has smiles on their faces, and not forced ones, but sincere ones. We were met at the airport (for the first time in Cyprus), taken to the apartment, very tactfully left for a few hours – to put ourselves in order, arrived as agreed – had a tour of Girne and nearby places, without straining at all.
Professionalism – in 2 days we were shown so many objects that it was simply impossible not to buy, that is, if you came to Cyprus not just to stare, but precisely with the aim of buying something, then you are here. In general, the second time I flew in with money and documents, made a deal and became the owner of a beautiful penthouse. When I flew in with my family for the third time, all domestic problems had already been resolved, a taxi driver met at the airport (we said that we had large suitcases with us – no problem, a minibus was served, where everything fit).

We even sunbathed and swam in the beautiful and clear sea. Yuri, as promised, showed us the fortress in the harbor, the castle of St. Hilarion in the mountains and other beauties of Cyprus.

In October 2019, I went to NORTHERN CYPRUS in order to purchase a small, budget apartment. Before deciding to take such a step, my husband and I chose a real estate agency for a long time. We corresponded with several agencies and settled on your company. Upon arrival at the Ercan airport, I was met by an employee of the company, who took me to the Manolia Hotel in Lapta. We stayed in one double room. For three days I was taken to various sites in Girne, Alsancak, Lapta and Famagusta. Everyone was very patient and explained. In parallel with the inspection of the property, they showed local sights, told the history, customs, legends about the Turkish Cypriots and their amazing island. When inspecting objects, I liked something, something I didn’t. The choice is very difficult to make, especially when you have not a very large amount of money.
I liked the finished apartment in Alsancak, but we did not have the whole amount. But they went to a meeting with us and offered their conditions, which suited us perfectly. What – I will not say. This is our little secret.

From our friends we heard a lot about Northern Cyprus: inexpensive holidays, many interesting entertainments, good cuisine, long season, the opportunity to invite friends. We dreamed of buying a nice big apartment on the seashore and at the same time not far from the city center. All options were good, it was difficult for us to make a choice. The issue was resolved only when we went out onto the balcony, or rather the large terrace of one of the apartments, on which it was possible to place a ping-pong table: on the one hand, a sea panorama opened, and on the other, a stunning panorama of the mountain range. After that, we made a decision. We left a deposit at the office of the company.
